At Adli Eszents, we take pride in delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- All orders placed before 2 PM (CST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the following business day.
Delivery Times
- United States (contiguous): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability.
Seasonal Holidays & Sales Campaigns
During seasonal holidays or promotional campaigns, order processing times may temporarily increase due to high demand. We will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
- If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each shipment will include its own confirmation email.
Shipping Address
- We only ship to the shipping address entered at checkout when the order was placed.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been submitted.
Taxes & Duties
- United States: Import duties are included in the product price.
- Sales tax and other applicable taxes are automatically calculated and added at checkout according to each state’s tax rates.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders of $99 or higher.
- For orders below $99 within the contiguous United States, standard shipping rates apply.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping and will incur standard shipping fees.
